Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has been delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@speedyharmony.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return costs are for your own account and will not be reimbursed by us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please examine it carefully for any damages or issues. If you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We will investigate the matter and take corrective action. Please note that all returns will be inspected upon receipt, and additional fees may apply if the product or packaging is damaged and does not comply with our return policy.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items that are on sale or gift cards. If you wish to exchange a size, this can only be done with explicit approval, and subject to availability of the requested size. If you would like to return a sale item in exceptional circumstances, we can provide you with a gift card that is valid for 24 months from the date of issuance.
Exchanges
To expedite the process of obtaining the item you desire, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once we have accepted the return, we suggest making a separate purchase for the new item. This method will ensure a faster and more efficient process for obtaining your desired product.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow us up to 14 days to issue your refund, and keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
